$160-$170 for individual therapy.
$190 for couples therapy. Pre-marital counseling is also available.
We offer a sliding scale fee structure for therapy to ensure that services are accessible to individuals with varying financial situations. This flexible pricing model allows you to pay according to your income level and financial capacity, making it easier for you to receive the support you need without financial strain.
Here’s how the sliding scale works:
Personalized Fee Range: Based on your financial situation, we can determine a fee that fits within a range that is both affordable for you and sustainable for the practice. This approach acknowledges that everyone's financial circumstances are different and adjusts accordingly.
Confidential Assessment: To establish a fair fee, we will discuss your financial situation in a confidential manner. This conversation is designed to understand your needs and ensure that the fee aligns with your ability to pay while still providing you with high-quality therapeutic support.
Flexible Adjustments: The sliding scale fee is not set in stone. If your financial circumstances change, we can revisit and adjust the fee as needed. This flexibility ensures that you can continue to access therapy even if your financial situation fluctuates over time.
Commitment to Accessibility: By offering a sliding scale, we aim to reduce barriers to accessing therapy and make mental health support more inclusive. Our goal is to provide you with the necessary tools and guidance to improve your well-being, regardless of your financial situation.

-
The frequency of therapy sessions will vary based on individual needs and goals. At the beginning of therapy, it is recommended to start out weekly, then progress to biweekly or less frequently as appropriate. However, your therapist will work with you to determine a schedule that best supports your treatment goals.
-
The duration of therapy depends on the complexity of the issues being addressed and your personal goals. Some people may see significant improvements in a few months, while others may benefit from longer-term therapy. Your therapist will help you set realistic expectations and goals for your treatment.
